The Humanitas360 Institute’s Sao Paulo office will have a new address this coming September: the organization will move into CIVI-CO. Located in the Pinheiros neighborhood in Sao Paulo, CIVI-CO is a four-floor building that houses several civic-social entrepreneurs – individuals and organizations that generate positive transformation in public and governmental spaces. More than offering office space, CIVI-CO aims to encourage the collaboration among civil society organizations, startups and social enterprises that share the purpose of fomenting citizen engagement, transparency and the common good. As CIVI-CO officially opens its doors, H360 comprises the select list of organizations that will share the space. The list also includes Colab.re, Grupo Tellus, PDR Institute, Pipe Social and Prosas.
“We’re very happy with our new office at CIVI-CO. Sharing the same physical space with other organizations that contribute to the strengthening of citizen engagement in Brazil will be very enriching to our work, which focuses precisely in generating positive impact in the area of citizenship,” said H360’s president Patrícia Villela Marino. CIVI-CO is located at 445 Dr. Virgilio de Carvalho Street in Sao Paulo.
