On July 15, the Humanitas360 Institute welcomed a visit from Bernardo Guillamon Sanz, a specialist and consultant in green finance who worked for more than 15 years in the senior management of the Inter-American Development Bank.

Guillamon Sanz was received at the H360 office by project manager Laura Martini Zellmeister and was then introduced to the store and workshop of the social business Tereza, in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo. There, he met the collaborators and the CEO of Tereza, Flávia Maria da Silva, who spoke about the socio-environmental impact generated by the brand, which trains and generates income for women released from the prison system.

In the final stage of the visit, the executive got to know the social impact hub CIVI-CO, led by executive director Ana Luiza Prudente. In this way, he became acquainted with three organizations that make up the ecosystem of the PDR Philanthropic Fund, created by Patrícia and Ricardo Villela Marino together with their son Daniel.

Bernardo Guillamon Sanz has been familiar with the work of Humanitas360 and its ecosystem for several years and, in 2017, while at the IDB, he took part in the Biennial of the Americas in Denver, Colorado (USA), at an event co-curated by H360. Last week’s visit reinforces this civic friendship.
