The Climate Justice program of the Humanitas360 Institute gained international visibility at the 19th Venice Biennale of Architecture, where H360 presented the installation “Ancestral Innovation: Hemp, Sustainability and the Future of Architecture”, exploring the plant’s regenerative potential to face the climate crisis.
At the national level, the Potable Water Coalition for Indigenous Peoples, a strategic partnership with the PDR Philanthropic Fund and the startup Água Camelo, deepened its actions in the Sete de Setembro Indigenous Territory, where filtration points were installed in four villages of the Paiter Suruí people. Added to the villages served since 2023 by the Coalition, all the main Paiter Suruí communities between Rondônia and Mato Grosso now have access to potable water.
In parallel, the Institute maintains a broad campaign for the regulation of the industrial Hemp production chain in Brazil, dialoguing with parliamentarians and civil society about the plant’s potential for the economy and environment.
