What it is
Capacity building and income generation through social cooperatives formed inside and outside prisons, with people deprived of liberty, former inmates, and victims of domestic violence. H360 acts as an incubator for the cooperatives and a coach for each member, providing seed capital, support in product development and business management, as well as legal, social assistance, and spiritual support.
Objectives
To support the social reintegration of incarcerated individuals and those released from the prison system, as well as to empower those in situations of social vulnerability. By offering professional training, job opportunities, and economic empowerment, it promotes a reduction in criminal recidivism.
