Humanitas360 hosts its annual board meeting in Uruguay
Humanitas360 was the host of the second annual meeting of the advisory board in José Ignacio, Uruguay. The members of the board and other partners of the organization had the opportunity to reflect on the results of 2016 and discuss the objectives and priorities of Humanitas360 for the coming year.
“2016 was the year we worked to consolidate our objectives and priorities as an organization. We were able to identify three priority issues on which we can work: governance and transparency, drug policy and reform of the prison system. Our board members advised us and encouraged the organization to continue to develop in this way, as a reliable source of information on these important issues, ”said Piero Bonadeo, vice president of Humanitas360. Participants were also able to engage in discussions regarding the evaluation process project, content creation, media exposure, visibility and fundraising strategies.
“It is a privilege for us as an organization to have brilliant people such as our board members and partners. We are people who believe in innovating the way philanthropy is done today, through commitment at work and allowing the process to transform us, ”said Humanitas360 president Patrícia Villela Marino.
