The Humanitas360 Institute articulates theoretical knowledge and practical application through research, content production and dissemination initiatives. The Information and Research program encompasses projects focused on data collection and building scientific foundations for public policy development, establishing strategic collaborations with public institutions and private companies.

The program’s project portfolio covers initiatives such as research and debates on drug policy, mass incarceration, social reintegration of people deprived of their liberty and citizen participation. Among the examples of action are audiovisual productions such as “I’m Free, Now What?”, a series developed in partnership with the Tereza social business on TikTok, and the award-winning documentary “Weaving Freedom”.

These diverse fronts contribute to the Institute’s actions in promoting informed debate with society about public security, drug policy, climate justice and other relevant topics, democratizing access to information through different formats and platforms.
